Neurofeedback is guided exercise designed to retrain dysregulated brainwave patterns back to normal, healthy, organized patterns. Through this process, the brain becomes more stable and is able to operate optimally and efficiently.
The brain communicates with itself and the rest of the body using electrical impulses in the form of brainwaves, which are produced with varied frequencies or speeds.
For various reasons, normal brainwave patterns can become dysregulated. When this happens, many different neurological symptoms and conditions may occur.
Neurofeedback is a highly-effective, drugless and non-invasive approach for symptoms related to autism, ADHD, migraines, insomnia, anxiety disorders, behavior issues, and more.

Neuroscience proves that time and repetition creates solid foundations for change. We recommend time and repetition.
We currently offer a 3-month program to get started, and if you train every day, you can maximize the time and repetition model with around 90 sessions!
We are never done learning. With the right resources and support, the brain can always continue to grow, improve, and become stronger

Many people begin to notice changes after the first 10 sessions, but it can be 30+ before noticing changes. Each person, circumstance, and brain is different and therefore you should not expect to have the same results as another neurofeedback patient.

Neurofeedback has been shown to be successful in relief of symptoms related to a myriad of concerns or difficulties.
To name a few: Anxiety Disorders, ADHD / ADD, Headaches / Migraines, Insomnia, Peak Performance, Fibromyalgia, Traumatic Brain Injury, Learning Disorders, Memory Loss, Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, Post Stroke, PTSD and more.

Yes, many patients are already taking medication when they start our program. You do not need to stop taking medication in order to go through neurofeedback, and you should contact your prescribing doctor before stopping or changing any prescription medications.

Marijuana / THC use is the #1 deterrent of neurofeedback. The brain has to work much harder to change when the brain and nervous system is being suppressed (by raising the Alpha brainwaves). In some cases, the brain is unable to change because of chronic or long term use of marijuana.
Our recommendation is to abstain from marijuana use in order to allow the brain to optimize without other influences that could hinder the results and/or timeline of those results.

If you are ready to begin our program, call us and let us know!
The session itself is done through a cellular/Wi-Fi compatible device and an app that offers training through music, games, streaming, etc. for the visual and audio feedback the brain receives during the session. For more details, our staff are happy to answer any questions or talk further.
